About

Hey, I'm Arnold. I build software people find helpful and delightful to use. Lately that means AI agents that ask before they act, and explaining them so people can trust them.

Before software I spent five years in climate and sustainable development. I've led and worked in multicultural teams across Africa, Europe and North America, and I still learn the most from people who see a problem differently.

Off the clock: financial modelling, contemporary fantasy and mimetics. I also lift, and I'm still chasing my first muscle-up. Lately it's yoga too: I'm trying to get my first split.

For fun I made letters2u, a tiny page that turns a kind sentence into an image you can send someone.
